Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They completely botched a simple repair to the cut on the end of my finger. I still have numbness and pain there and may have it for the rest of my life. He abandoned me for my follow-up appointment and his office was rude and displayed awful customer service.

Terrible place! If you love your family members do not take them there. They make you wait over an hour when you get there. Horrible receptionist. Can't figure out insurances to save their lives. The Doctor we saw told my husband all he had was a virus. He tested for strep throat and it came back negative. Told him he was just fine and that he had a virus and that he would be fine in a few days and just to drink lots of fluids and get over it. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions
