I had been patient for almost 3 years . 1. Patient office is very small and they have over 7-8 doctors, sometimes you will see fellow doctors, never accompany with real GI. I have seeing so many different one, each visits never the same. 2 out of staff, no matter how or when you call, no one pick up the phone and even you left so many messages, they will never call you back. 3. When I first came here you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. When I finally had my appointment one of the doctors, not Dr. Kayali because he was very helpful, but another one without looking me in the eye told me I only had 3 to 5 years to live. He didn't even check my chart or at that time even order me a CT Scan. Went to a hepatologist and quickly ordered me the labs and test I needed. Now my liver is stable and meld score is 6. Make sure you advocate for your health.
