This is the first time that I have experienced unprofessionalism at the doctor's office. From a receptionist who don't have any kind of customer service etiquette. Who didn't send over my referral at the time for scheduling appointments. Instead of putting the doctor on the phone she's trying to answer for the doctor as well as his wife.
