Abysmally long wait times, up to 45 min past scheduled appointment. Seldom reach a live person when calling office, and response time can range from 2 days to 2 weeks. Staff can be rude, petty, and unprofessional. Overall experience was disappointing
He is great. His staff in Douglasville, I do not like doing business with. I rather see him in Austell.
Abbey that works in the front office was very rude to me and my family.Not only was she rude to me ,but the staff in the back ground was laughing as she spoke to me.Im 48 year’s old and never been spoken to in this manner by a healthcare worker.They have a bunch of untrained young girl’s working in there office.Even if the doctor’s are ok, the staff is a reflection of them.I not recommend this office for that reason.As of now we are leaving this practice and will write the doctor why we are leaving.Hopefully Vicky the office... read more
Absolutely the best doctor I have. He understands the difficulty of living with constant pain and dies everything possible to improve my quality if life
This doctor's behavior is disgusting. When is it ok for a "doctor" to insult a teen patient and their mother. He stated that my daughter was irresponsible and that my parenting skills were lacking. I wasn't with my daughter for her initial appt...she didn't fully follow his medication directions and failed to tell me about scheduling an appt. To say he was rude and nasty is actual being nice. I have NEVER had a worse experience with medical staff.
Don't go to this practice! Office staff is rude and you can't ever get a live person on the phone. I had to get in my car and drive there in an attempt to straighten out an insurance issue and the problem was all on their end! No other doctor's had any issues with my insurance. Never did get it straightened out because no one will ever return a phone call! Find a different neurologist - this is honestly the worse doctor's office I have ever dealt with in my entire life!
I truly love Dr. Zdonczyk, he is always there when I need him, always responds quickly to my call and needs, truly care about me and all of his patients.
Dr Z was very pretentious and rude. I had a 23 day stay at Grady in 2016. I needed to establish myself with a LOCAL doctor so we wouldn't have to make the hour and a half drive into Altlanta. I have never left a doctors office so upset with none of my questions answered and feeling like I was wasting HIs time. Can NOT recommmed
Dr. Zdonczyk is a blessing in my life! I had severe migraines 3-5 times a week. I tried vitamins, cutting out caffeine, cutting out dairy, and increasing water. Nothing worked. When I called his office for the first time they got me in THE NEXT DAY! That is unheard of! My GP and rheumatologist both prescribed me pain meds. That wasn't getting rid of the problem. I wasn't interested in being high, I was interred in getting rid of my headaches and that's what he did. Dr. Z and staff are great!!
