Very underwhelmed overall. This is a rinky dink operation that desperately needs lessons in good manners and customer service /respect. During two visits in three days none of the six or seven people I encountered introduced themselves or made me feel welcome as a new client/patient/customer. Went to get work done at this clinic, received one of their promo flyers in the mail decided to check it out. After the cleaning, the dental staff made me aware of some other dental work that needed to be done to my teeth. I told them my situation and they showed me some options through a company called LendCare. However while I was under the assumption that I was just looking at payment options for future work, this clinic ran my credit without my consent.
