I took my 4 year old to have a routine eye exam and although the admin staff were lovely and polite, I have serious misgivings about how this clinic is run. They informed me that we would be charged around $60 to image my son's retina as part of the exam. Even though, I told them I was not interested in doing that and just wanted to do the OHIP part of the exam, I was told I had no choice. I asked again is that allowed under their governing body as I believe when something is covered by OHIP it is illegal/unethical to upsell... read more
