The Dr's "office" is in the same room that she sees patients in, so all sorts of patient information is just piled up all on her desk for any other patient to see as they sit in the room. She actually got up and left the room at one point, just leaving me in the room with all the info for everyone else. Additionally, one of her assistants has come into the room speaking about other patients in front of me. Pretty obvious they don't follow HIPAA regulations.
