Laney, the receptionist at Dr Zaidi's office on Courtney is a great asset to The Back Center! She is a very sweet young lady, a very caring young lady. Her gentle nature and happy disposition is very welcoming and upbeat when a patient is in chronic pain. I appreciate you Laney! This "person " is ABSOLUTELY crazy . If there was a negative review number he would get it...
Dr. Zaidi has the most horrible and I mean horrible bedside manner. He is absolutely absolutely insane. He told me he was going to leave the room to see other patients because I was wasting his time. I was trying to give him my medical history. At that point he told me to get out of his office. And I called him an ignorant SOB. He was literally in my face screaming at the top of his lungs. And I mean screaming.
I was in an appointment for my wife today with Dr. Zaidi. He has a one star rating for a reason. He accused my wife of yelling at him and blaming him for her pain. She was not yelling, but she was frustrated with him and I interjected saying that she is just in a lot of pain and needs your advice and he then said I was yelling. I said that I was recording the conversation and no one was yelling and then he discharged her as a patient. He stood up and escorted us to the door.
