Last visit they was lazy with my filling that had to be done and left a dent or ledge on my tooth. Also said I needed 4000$ in dental work. Said I needed two or three crowns and then I got to a new dentist In Jacksonville and all I need is two fillings and a possible extraction or root canal on my really bad tooth(which I knew it maybe needed pulled.) So instead of spending nearly 2500 on two crowns at dr jones I am now going to my other dentist with only 5 star reviews and today after leaving them I only need to spend maybe... read more
Dr Jones crowned a top jaw tooth, it broke even with gum a month later. He did a bridge on 4 front bottom teeth, absolutely horrible fit. He took no responsibility to try to fix either problem. Would never recommend him for anything, I am still trying to correct what he did to my mouth.
We wont be going back and i wouldn't recommend their services. MT Cheaha office is close to our house so it was convenient for our family to go for dental cleanings. My wife had a appointment scheduled a few weeks back around March 11 and the office had issues verifying my insurance. My wife received a message via text from the office letting her know about the issue and they would need to verify my insurance before her appointment. Got an email saying I owed $100 I called to verify she stated it was a missed apt that I called and canceled the apt was from a year ago. The E statement was dated 8/4/2013 got the email 9/14/2023. Things like that needs to be looked into a little further.
