The whole office was very polite and helpful! Dr Brrd was cheerful and knowledgeable about my knee. I actually love the beard. That sealed the deal because I lost a son who was 36 and had a long beard like that. 5 star review.
Dr. Byrd is very knowledgeable and personable. He takes his time to show and explain results from imaging. He offers options with pros and cons of each and recognizes the patient is the ultimate decider of how to proceed. Five stars for Dr. Byrd (and his PA)! However, if I was rating the office staff, I would give a lower rating, as there was no urgency and little effort to assist me in regard to discharging me, providing the correct discharge info, or scheduling for follow up.
