the staff in this office are always extremely professional and friendly.
The staff and the doctor took the time to listen to what my issue was. The were great with my carte ands help schedule my next appt.
As a result of my questions and comments yesterday, the provider suggested a procedure which might help. He said it could be done during yesterday's appointment, which surprised me. We went ahead with the procedure. My provider was calm, and deliberate, as though he had all the time in the world to deal with me. (I know better.) At the conclusion of the appointment, he said that if I noticed any changes or troubling symptoms, to please let him know right away. Dr. Simmons seems competent and has a to the point while being sincere manner.
I have confidence in this provider because he exudes a calm and reassuring presence. He explains things carefully and thoroughly, and provides alternatives if applicable. He always says, "What other questions can I answer for you?". I appreciate that.
Dr Simmons seemed very polite and he was very informative before procedure was done and post operative. appreciated showing picture of what was done.
He took my gallbladder out 5 years ago. Loved him. Would go back to him any day of the week. He called me at home several times to check on me before my surgery and after. He's great!
Dr. Simmons performed surgery on my best friend's mother. The surgery took longer than thought and his surgery team made sure to come out and keep Cyndi (her daughter) and me informed. He was exhausted after the over 8 hour surgery, but he made sure he found us and spent time giving us the details of the surgery. He came many times to see his patient in ICU and PCU and showed so much concern, compassion, thoughtfulness and professionalism. Thank you, Dr. Simmons. Your are highly regarded.
The waiting room is calming. Receptionists are professional, helpful, polite, & smiling. Star helped me a lot. Cricket was so sweet, friendly & positive. Nurse Kate put my nerves to rest with her smile, professionalism, laughter, & great skills. Dr. Simmons is calm & thorough. He was patient & had great bed side manners. His professionalism & smile helped diminish my worries & fears about surgery. I'm very pleased with my surgery results. He did a great job. Thank You Dr. Simmons (& staff).
