I no longer live in Memphis but was asked to do for a Dental referral. There was no hesitation in letting them know of my great experiences with Dr. Johnston and his staff. The Cadillac of Customer Service and not one complaint with any of the Dental services I received.
Had a poor experience at this office when x-rays were being taken. The tech dropped the bite wing on the ground then proceeded to quickly pick it up and try to put it back in my mouth. Then argued with me when I asked for a clean one. Obviously, haven’t been back since.
Awesome staff and dentist. Kind, caring, and thorough in their exam and treatment.
