My husband has had to go to the ER twice since we moved here. Both times he was seen by Dr. Weiss. The second time the doctor remembered him from the first visit, more than seven months prior. He was understanding and friendly. Answered all our (honestly, probably quite ridiculous) questions thoroughly. He makes sure you understand everything, without making you feel stupid for not being a doctor. If we could use him as out PCP we absolutely would.
