I have seen Dr. fridirici for two different issues now and I am very impressed with how thorough he is and how he explains complex things in way anyone can understand. You can tell he really cares and wants to figure out what's wrong. Before seeing Dr Fridirici I had seen a different ENT that did not listen and diagnosed my issue incorrectly. Dr. Zach was a great doctor to both my baby with her tubes surgery as well as my tonsillectomy. He did a great job on both of our surgeries, he took the time to explain the procedures clearly, was easily accessible to answer any questions. I had a post op bleed and he calmed me down, answered my call quickly in the middle of the night and was staying up to date on what was going on with me in the emergency room.
