The Dr's, PAs, and their staff are wonderful. They are caring, empathetic, and down to earth. I love their Ruffin Rd office. Thank you all for what you do.
The worse customer service ever ,from the time i went to my scheduled appointment , they couldn't find me in their system,and when they finally did they couldn't find my approval for treatment which I waited months in pain for. And then after waiting for over a week to hear from them, and me trying to contact them by phone and waiting for almost 1 hour at a time and finally leaving voice .messages over TEN times which I saved and even sent text messages which I also have saved they never returned my calls,so my advice to any... read more
I have always received kind, caring, and professional service from Dr. Cohen and his staff when in their care. I have had several procedures and intend to have more. I feel comfortable and cared for by Dr. Cohen and his team.
I'd like to start this post with the statement that I have found no actual fault with Dr Cohen himself. I have however been to two of his four offices (La Mesa and Chula Vista). I found both offices to be far less than stellar. They have mixed up appointments, not contacted outside agencies that needed to be present at my appointment, not had the appropriate bandaging material (even though the appointment was changed to a different office to make sure that bandaging was available).
