Dr Cohen was awesome, my spouse got relief with injection
I was seeing a p an and everything goes well. Then when I am told several reasons why he left put in with another p a who stops my meds. I ask for another appointment and same thing. If you look at all my mris and my ct scans and my 5 failed fusions you would understand the need for some pain control. I work and I have pain just bending over in severe spasms and pain. I have been a patient in excess of three years w. Dr. Cohen. I have several one on ones meetings w. ownership, Dr. Cohen, and expressed the lack of competence of administrative staff members. He, Dr. Cohen, is in the midst of acquiring additional pain facilities (~5 currently), which has led to abysmal service, timelines and follow through.
