I have been a patient in excess of three years w. Dr. Cohen. I have several one on ones meetings w. ownership, Dr. Cohen, and expressed the lack of competence of administrative staff members. He, Dr. Cohen, is in the midst of acquiring additional pain facilities (~5 currently), which has led to abysmal service, timelines and follow through. Dr Cohen sent me home on suboxen for pain which didnt manage my pain . I have a recent cancer diagnosis and the meds he prescribed didn’t help
Had first injection treatment in my back this week . I have never been treated like this by a doctor. He came in the room and never introduced himself or said hello. And when finished did not say a word to me. Did not explain the procedure. So disappointed.
I am greatful for the excellent care that I always received from Dr. Cohen and staff. He is very skillful, and staff members are God's Angels.
