I went to two different locations, Aventura and Pembroke Pine, this dr Trujillo did not come to me to explain my situation at either location, she sent messengers with her staff the first time they gave me the wrong explanation and made me spend a lot of unnecessary money, the second time at Pembroke Pine it was explained better by the staff, one more time this doctor did not faced me, she is extremely unprofessional, I had never seeing any doctor like this and I am a health worker.
