Dr. Valcourt has been my son’s doctor since he was four years old he will be 17 soon. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. She is great and I’ve never had any problems with her or her office staff.
They need to up date there phone number called them today got sent to a whole different building and had to see somebody else and was told they still in the same building after been told more than once they moved
Front desk people need to be more professional. Taking personal calls, talking to the person in their ear bud, laughing loud and clapping their hands, smacking their mouth over and over. It's just not professional. The building itself needs a big update and a deep cleaning. The doctors and nurses are nice. We haven't had a problem with them so far.
