I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and had to wait over an hour to see Dr. Satterwhite. She seemed unsure as to exactly what by issue was. She continually talked over my wife and me. She talked down to us even though we tried to tell her my wife had over 21 years in hospital administration and knew the correct medical terms for my condition. She is a great listener, takes appropriate time with patience and explains things well and genuinely cares. Her staff are very friendly and top rate.
Dr. Satterwhite helped me tremendously to ease the pain in my knee with arthroscopic surgery. She is caring and I never feel rushed when seeing her. She always takes the time to review any questions or concerns I have. Her office is friendly and efficient. The hospital, Emory Johns Creek is exceptional as well for its intake nurses and operating team. I have already referred friends to her.
Dr Satterwhite is a fabulous practitioner. She takes time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. She is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and a skilled surgeon! She has seen everyone in my family! I would highly recommend her.
I am a new patient. She is very friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I was SO impressed with her, that I am passing her business cards on to several of my friends who would benefit from seeing her. I truly wish all doctors connected with her patients like she does. In addition, her staff has been working for her for a long time. This tells me that she treats her employees well. May good things continue to happen for Dr. Satterwhite!
