Dr. Fanous is wonderful - she’s very knowledgeable in immunology. Obviously we prefer a physician with her knowledge base, but she is also kind and compassionate, which is sometimes a behavior some physicians lack. This is particularly helpful when you’re trying a navigate an immunodeficiency and other health issues. It’s greatly appreciated to find doctors that truly want to help make people’s lives better. Loma Linda’s use of the patient portal also makes trying to reach your doctor much easier.
Receptionist is extremely rude! One of the girls gave me an appointment for today and I got here and it was closed. Eileen did not apologize to me but instead corrected me saying that we do not take any more patients on Mondays. However, she did not tell me before.
