The office personnel are wonderful. Dr. Baum is very attentive to your health needs and truly listens and cares. She is the best Doctor that I have ever come across. I hope that she never retires.
I'm 68 and have been to many doctors in my life and she is by far the best doctor I've been to in my life, she's so polite and professional. She is so knowledgeable on everything and keeps up to date on my medical condition, I was a wreck when I first came to see her, ànd now I have been so much better, I feel like she's part of my family and don't know what I'd do without her, I highly recommend her...!
Dr. Baum is such a great Dr. she made me feel heard when I first met her and thought I found the one. Just unfortunate due to her assistants or nursing staff they have such a horrible time responding to calls, voicemails, messages being left on read, and if I did get a response the messages are borderline rude whenever you want to talk to her.
