Dr.Pellegrino is an intelligent, experienced, personable physician who I have been a patient with for the past 6 years. She & her staff cared for me through the COVID pandemic and have counseled and advised me for routine health maintenance. She and her staff are good listeners and the medicine they practice is inclusive of patient dialogue & decision. I recommend Dr. P and her staff to anyone looking for a physician in Beaufort who wants excellent medical care.
