Dr Pellegrino is a wonderful sweet compassionate and knowledgeable physician. It’s obvious that she really cares about her patients. After moving to the Low Country, I was very fortunate to have found her and her staff for any medical needs that may arise. Highly respected and recommended.
Dr Pellegrino is the best doctor that I have ever had. I went to her for 10+ years when she was in North Carolina. She is incredibly caring and respectful and she is really missed in Mooresville.
