Dr Hida has been our optometrist for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable in her practice, courteous and professional. She takes the time to answer our questions and we never feel rushed. She has a big selection of eyeglasses and even carries my favorite Maui Jim. Her staff are great too. Always very friendly and helpful.
They have a friendly, accommodating and understanding staff. I was stuck in traffic on the day of my appointment and I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it in time. They didn’t give up on me and were willing to give me a grace period of 15 min to get there. I was able to make it within the grace period and didn’t have to reschedule. Also I like how they ask if you would like them to call you if there’s a cancelled appointment before your appointment date so you can be seen sooner. Thank you Dr. Hida and staff!
