The older man is extremely rude and super rough. Would never come back here ever again. There’s also a lack of communication.
Literally the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Dr Huang was ROUGH and careless — his knuckles kept digging into my eyeballs during the examination and he pulled at my lips so hard that it bled. When I audibly said “ow stop” he didn’t even flinch and continued. Even the dental assistant noticed but couldn’t help. I felt completely violated and I left with bruises around my mouth. STAY AWAY. I would never wish this experience on even my worst enemy.
Have been visiting Dr. Huang for 17 years. Professional skills, easy to book appointment, and fair price. Highly recommended.
The front desk service is too bad, and the attitude of the nurses in children's dentistry is also very poor, as if there is racial discrimination! In addition, the child's teeth looked nothing, so I don't know why I pulled them out. When I asked later, I said that they were a little inflamed. I pulled out my child's teeth without asking, and I felt very unreliable. Anyway, I won't come again! That sucks.👎🏻
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The front desk lady without glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed very unhappy with her job, which clearly showed in her attitude. I didn’t ask her any questions,I was just simply checking out ,and yet she slammed the receipt on the desk and spoke in a very impatient tone. It was completely uncalled for and left me feeling very uncomfortable. Regardless of the quality of the doctors, I will not be coming back.
