전화 받는 여자직원 당장 바꾸셔야 할것 같네요 콜링 업무가 많이 스트레스 받고 또 응대하는게 힘든거 이해하지만 불친절함, 귀찮음, 왜 이런거 미리 알아서 주지 않느냐는 뉘앙스 이런 분은 바로 갈아치우셔야 할거 같네요.
