After getting hit by a car and finding out that your orthopedic Dr Oh was on the no fault list I felt good because he would have all my records and things would go smooth. What a disaster. His staff was so incompetent and messed up my whole first appointment.I will never go to Dr Oh again as his staff is a reflection of him. The person involved should be fired!

Horrible experience. My daughter has a foot fracture. Scheduled an appointment, left work for the day , picked her up from school , showed up to be told in person “ oh she can’t be seen today because her PCP isn’t affiliated with Westmed. We take the insurance but we don’t know her pediatrician so she can’t be seen”. The weirdest explanation ever. We were told “ If you switch her to one of our pediatricians as her primary we can schedule you to see Dr. Oh” Meanwhile our appointment was for right now at 3:30pm scheduled days ... read more
