Dr. Chong is an exceptional physician who combines intelligence with a personable approach. His office is always clean and welcoming, contributing to a great overall experience. I would gladly wait months to see him because of the incredible care he provides. In just two weeks, he cured my pain, and I trust him completely.
Worse doctor I ever had! Front desk staff are distinctly unfriendly, cold and robotic, no eye contact. I was taken into a room and waited. At one point U went out to see if Id been forgotten. An hour after our spot time, Dr Chong walked in .He asked how I was and I told him Id been waiting an hour. Instead of apologizing he became arragant, and condescending, telling me, waiting an hour is no big deal and I need to accept that as routine.
