I don't know what Mike experienced, but I have had one call with Dr. Yona Choung and she thoroughly heard me, she listened, had compassion, and didn't tell me her feelings on how I should feel about my problems. Her voice was caring in it's intrinsic nature. If you're lucky enough to get this Dr., her head nurse Fay, is incredibly kind as well.
