I was really looking forward to my appt today and potentially gaining a new black physician. However, I get to the appt to find out they do not take my insurance. I gave info when I made the appt a month ago and provided insurance info on paperwork that was sent electronically prior to appt. Why was this not known and communicated to me prior to my appt?? This was a complete waste of my time, gas, and interruption to my day. Why cant we get our practices and businesses together???????
Recommended by a colleague to the Germantown office, I should have known there were issues when I could not get a live person or leave a message for two weeks. When I say I’m throughly Disappointed…..Smh! I really wanted to support an African American Woman but her Office Staff is absolutely 🗑️. The unprofessionalism is rampant in this place. They billed me for a visit, I paid the unpaid portion my insurance didn’t pay, then months later they “rebill” me telling me I owed them although they’d been paid. I had to send them proof payment was made which means they have poor record keeping. I emailed and called thinking this was an over site and they got nasty because they couldn’t ex... read more
