If i could give this doctor zero stars I would!!!!! I went to Holy Cross hospital in Germantown 11 days after giving birth to my baby for excessive bleeding. Dr. Yolande was on call at that time. Told me it was just an infection and admitted me giving me antibiotics and than told me I needed a D and C. Got the D and C procedure done and said she got the tissue left over from birth and was discharged three days later and continued with pain and bleeding. I was really looking forward to my appt today and potentially gaining a new black physician. However, I get to the appt to find out they do not take my insurance. I gave info when I made the appt a month ago and provided insurance info on paperwork that was sent electronically prior to appt. Why was this not known and communicated to me prior to my appt?? This was a complete waste of my time, gas, and interruption to my day. Why cant we get our practices and businesses together???????
Recommended by a colleague to the Germantown office, I should have known there were issues when I could not get a live person or leave a message for two weeks. I decided to look on their page to schedule an appointment, I scheduled one for me and had my goddaughter, not a blood relative, also schedule an appointment since she was experiencing severe pain during menstruation that was increasing in severity.
