Recommended by a colleague to the Germantown office, I should have known there were issues when I could not get a live person or leave a message for two weeks. When I say I’m throughly Disappointed…..Smh! I really wanted to support an African American Woman but her Office Staff is absolutely 🗑️. The unprofessionalism is rampant in this place. They billed me for a visit, I paid the unpaid portion my insurance didn’t pay, then months later they “rebill” me telling me I owed them although they’d been paid. I had to send them proof payment was made which means they have poor record keeping. I emailed and called thinking this was an over site and they got nasty because they couldn’t ex... read more

The receptionist is completely and utterly nasty. It was my first appointment and I got there 30 minutes early. I walk in and not met with a hello. Just a receptionist on the phone that barks “name” no hi or anything. I let it go but then she ask if I got the paperwork done and I’m like no I was at work. She rudely says “go sit down and do it there then” I just got up and left. If the receptionist is that rude who is suppose to greet customers and have good bedside manners. If you value your time, do not come to this office. Prior to getting to the office I had received numerous emails and text messages regarding my appointment. Upon arrival to the doctors office, I had my son with me. The woman at the front desk had an attitude, a disgusting one and said “you need a mask and we will give you one for $2 but your child can’t be here”.. I was immediately turned off.
