I have an adult sister with some special needs, and I live far away. The personal attention and thorough care Dr. Rosen gives was such a breath of fresh air for a health care experience. I had been trying to schedule an appointment with my sister's PCP for weeks. Dr. Rosen showed up within 24 hours of calling. He arrived at the house and treated my sister (and her dog) with care and respect. I loved the experience so much i signed up as a patient in California!

I am writing this review as a practicing physician with over 30 years of clinical experience and as a recent patient of Joel Rosen. This was clearly my worst experience with a healthcare provider. Joel makes many promises, but delivers on few. At our first visit, I was assured that i would be cared for by either him or his partner. My encounter with this man came about only because my mother and I were on vacation in Santa Fe, NM. My mother was rushed to the emergency room at St Vincent Hospital where she was diagnosed to have Pneumonia and A-Fib. As she was admitted over the weekend we never encountered Rosen until Monday. Once Rosen came on the scene, I immediately understood why St Vincent's Hospital was referred to locally as St Victims.
