My father is currently a patient, he has been going up to the office in an attempt to get his FMLA paperwork signed. Every time he goes to the office, he’s sitting in the parking lot but the office is closed. He can’t seem to get anyone on the phone. My father is suffering from hip pain, and this is absolutely frustrating being told that “someone will contact him” to no avail. This is horrible patient care.
