Extremely disappointed. Appointments were rushed, doctor seemed overwhelmed with entering blood work results I brought into her computer. She was dismissive, interrupting and couldn't concentrate on the clinical visit and data entry at the same time. She prescribed a contraindicated medication for me, kept pushing another pain medication I specifically explained I'd serious side effects with previously - like she couldn't even hear that I was saying I couldn't take it. I am extremely disappointed with the care my 80-year-old mother received during her recent visit. She was being seen for osteoporosis and a vitamin D deficiency, and while the doctor initially asked questions about sun exposure—which seemed medically relevant—the interaction quickly became inappropriate and offensive. My mother is Muslim and wears a hijab. The doctor asked whether she ever removes it or wears short sleeves, which we understood could be related to vitamin D levels. Dr Zhang seems knowledgeable in her field. But she has very bad bedside manners. My interaction with her lasted for a very shor time. During that time She was acting strange and treated me like I have a highly contagious disease! She made me sit six feet away from her desk. She wears a mask, has a heavy Chinese accent and speaks real fast. I could not understand half of what she said. I had brought with me all my lab works.
