As a Family Medicine physician I care all age and gender patients, but except for common disease I am very interested in Gynecology, Geriatric, Pediatric and urgent care including Lac repair, abscess I&D, ingrown nail removed, corneal foreign body removed. I always believe that communication between a physician and a patient is very important in successful patient care, so I take time to talk with my patients.

Trashy and evil person
I wish I could give her a negative star!! My experience with Dr. Gu was awful. She was rude, impatient, and dismissed us without even attempting to understand the patient’s condition, as if she already knew everything without speaking to us. When I tried to ask a nurse for help, Dr. Gu prevented communication and complained about us disturbing her. Careless unprofessional
The worst clinic I have met. Not professional and bad manner for all receptionist and doctor.
I have had only good experiences with Dr Gu and her staff. It is a family clinic run by her and her husband. She provides an excellent service to her neighborhood. And I recommend her to my family and friends.
Unprofessional receptionist and customer service, on my wife first visit because of flu(maybe). After we find out they charge the full amount $60, which is a error because we only have $35 co-pay, They refused to double check on our insurance policy coverage, even I have 3 way talking the the insurance agent they still with the attitude, saying “ you will see the statement from your insurance, just wait and see how much you have to pay when we cliam to your insurance”. Still refuse to return.
She is not patient, she only cares about money, not the patients.
Dr. Gu's office is very chaotic and unprofessional. She is unprofessional and unfriendly to her patients. My visit at her office was to get a prescription refilled. She failed to send the pharmacy a week after my visit. When I called in to find out what was going on, she said she didn't have any note in my chart. Would you get treated by this doctor?
