Very prompt, personable, professional
Dr Vue is nice but staff aren't friendly. I paid for my glasses in advance but still no glasses delivered. It has been 5 weeks. No phone calls from staff nor update when my glasses will be in. I went in to check and they said due to pandemic and short staff from the place that made glasses. But I checked with my sister who recently went to get new glasses in different place, she said she received her within a week or two the latest. I will not use their service again.
