Nice , friendly , understanding
I went to my appointment in regards to my bill because clearly their was an error on the amount. Dr. Le told me to hold on she will be right back and never returned as I waited 15 minutes. So then the assistant comes into the room and tells me that I have no reason to see the doctor about the bill when clearly my insurance said that she can fix it.
