Dr. Vanina is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She really listens, takes her time, and makes sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. You never feel rushed, and she explains things in a way that actually makes sense. Her support staff is just as amazing, super friendly, organized, and always helpful. The whole experience from start to finish is smooth and stress-free. I honestly feel lucky to have found a doctor and team like this. Highly recommend!
Dr. Vanina is the best, however, her husband/receptionist is the rudest person I ever encountered. I had to RESCHEDULE my appointment and was told I was no longer a patient and I've been going there for over 4 years. I have strong medicine that I just can't off of and he could care less. I have turned them over to the medical board.
I loved my experience with Dr. Vanina and her office. She is very caring and listened to my concerns and me me feel heard and seen. Additionally, Michael is very polite and efficient. I highly recommend them.
