I would highly recommend Dr. Richardson, as he is an excellent physician. He demonstrates patience and genuine care for his patients. Furthermore, he possesses a wonderful sense of humor, which is a refreshing contrast to the often serious demeanor of medical professionals, and he always seems to have a smile.
I loved the staff and I really appreciate the way the office and staff greeted me when I arrived
Shortest and worst appointment I ever had. Dr Arora came into the room without a laptop, notepad, or any knowledge of my extensive Banner profile. He was accompanied by what I'm assuming was a nurse who took notes on a 5 minute conversation that included that there was nothing that could be done to help me with a 15 year old battle with crippling nephropathy. Dr Arora is very knowledgeable in his area of speciality, a confident diagnostitian, extremely fast on his feet processing information and test results. With that said my only criticism comes with his speed of processing and communication as everything happens so rapidly in every appointment I have ever had I often leave with my head spinning wondering what was determined and what the next step was to be.
