I had a horrible experience with her today. First time visit. It was very unpleasant . I tried to explain all the issues that I have because it was the first visit but she is very rushy and she is not interested in your concerns. Not listening, yelling at me to answer what she is asking to document into her laptop. She was not professional. Waiting time was an hour. Very busy place. I would not recommend this doctor.
Extremely condescending, would not recommend to anyone. She doesn’t show any sign of empathy towards patients and is very curt. Changing immediately.
I visited for my annual and I only had to wait around five minutes before I was was seen to. The overall visit itself took less then forty five minutes, all of the staff were very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Always attentive and caring, Dr. Bruinings makes sure I get the care I need to maintain and improve my health. Be it a cold or the Flu, or a life altering ailment, she has consistently found ways of improving the condition of her patients. I am healthier today than ever before, thanks in part to her insuring my access to the services and knowledge-base I need.
Very attentive to my problems and made sure to explain everything so that I could understand.
She calls patient all the time with test results, good bedside manner, listen to patient.
Ridiculously long wait. Over 1.5 hours. Also, cocky doctor who made me feel stupid.
I don't understand how she is a doctor who is expected to treat patients. She NEVER listens, talks over you, downgrades your pain and doesn't take you seriously, WITHOUT an explanation. She diagnosed me with something and instead of explaining, wrote it on a post it and told me to google I was a new patient and she spent less than 5min. There are good pcps for your insurance. Look elsewhere. This is an overly crowded office where you will have to wait atleast an hour to spend 4 minwith the doc
