Dr. Zhu is a excellent care provider, she goes out of her way to explain what is going on with test results, and to work with you to better your health. I would recommend her to all my family and friends!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Zhu for many years and the care she provides is always excellent. She knows my history and gets me in and out very quickly
I was a patient of Dr. Zhu for about 2 months. She isn't experienced in complex medical issues. She told me to take medication for a medical condition that I tested "negative" for. Dr. Zhu always asked me what I wanted HER to do for my medical problems. She also pushed me off on specialty doctors for follow-up. It's nearly impossible to get into a specialty clinic at the Cleveland Clinic quickly. I will be moving on to a new doctor in 2018. This experience was frustrating and a waste of my time.
