Doctors are nice but wait time was abysmal (3hrs, nowhere to sit in a packed waiting room with furious clients). There IS a right way to book clients, it is not happening here with front desk personell. This is years ongoing so no light at the end of that tunnel it seems. Complacency abounds. Furthermore, no one has claimed this business online (anyone could and wreck their brand if ill intended. They REALLY need to do this ASAP) so there are no listed hours of operation! The doctor is wonderful, however the office staff is horrible. I have called to make appts for a family member and have been put on hold for almost 40 minutes and then hung up on. I have called for prescription refills and have been told I need to call another day because the staff is too busy to speak to me. What a disgusting way to run an office.
