I recieved the PRP treatment for my hair about 9 months ago. Staff was very friendly. However the treatment did not work on my hair. My hair fall and loss is the same as it was 9 months ago. They never reached out to me to follow up on my procedure. I called them about 4 months after my injections and went in to talk to them. They told me to give it time. 5 months later and no call on there part to see if I had made progress. I feel like i was left in the dark,waste of time and 1300 out of my pocket. Maya is so friendly, and goes the extra mile for laser hair removal. I’ve had people take advantage in the past, and not see results because of it. She’s always been reliable and trustworthy that she will take care of me! Anna is amazing for injectables. she’s so transparent, honest and knowledgeable! I trust her completely with my Botox as she always make sure it’s settle and natural. She’s a very kind girl, and wonderful to conversation with!
