Not friendly staff, lack of communication. Alan, the nurse, can be very rude and disrespectful. Treatment that needs to be done every 2 weeks is put off for 2 months and they won't tell you the reason why. I've been calling on behalf of my relative who is not conscious anymore and they won't give any basic information, but when they had to tell me everything about her health condition and see what kind of medicine we would choose for our relative, they were all over us giving us all kind of information. He is one of the best. takes great care of patients. love his bed side manners. wish his staff would be the same way.
Dr. Alhassani has a good bedside manner.He is thorough and knowledgeable , answers all questions, explains all medical terms, and discusses treatment plans with me.

If I could rate a 0, I would! I tried, unsuccessfully, for 3 days in a row, to make an appointment with Dr Alhassani. You have to leave your information on a voicemail and someone will get back to you "by the end of the business day". Well here it is, 3 business days later, and still no call. This is no way to run a medical practice, especially when one's health is on the line. After God, we have blind faith in Dr. Al Hassani . The best oncologist. May God bless him!
I honestly would not recommend this Practice to anyone. My Mother-in-law was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in June, it is now August and she is just getting her first Chemotherapy and it is August 8. I work with a large Organization and I am part of the Cancer Center and have worked in Oncology since 2011. The staff with this Practice is very unprofessional, not patient friendly or patient first. The staff are probably the most dysfunctional and inefficient I have ever encountered.
So this review is long overdue... I was diagnosed by my family doctor with cancer back in 2002... that Dr. told me I had 6 months to live...., luckily the receptionist in that office told me to go see Dr Alhassani. He was so kind, and listened to all my worries/concerns. He is very up-to -date on the latest treatments. Now 16 years later, here I am , and I owe it all to Dr Alhassani and the great team he has working for him! You can trust him... he truly cares about each of his patients!
