Excellent doctor. Takes time to listen and is genuinely interested in helping me get to the best state of health I can reach. The staff also are efficient and friendly

You will not see the doctor, only a physicians assistant. After taking tests they won't give you NORMAL results over the phone. They tell you to come in to review the results only to say everything is normal and then charge you a copay. TERRIBLE.

First appointment was good. They suggested a follow up one. When I came in for the visit they told me that they didn't schedule enough time and wrong Dr for the type of visit I thought I was coming for. They didn't report all results of my lab work to me. On third visit they told me that they didn't have my phone number (they had called me a few times previously for the first 2 visits).

Dr. Shah said at week 34 my wife will need ultrasounds every week, “because of your age (38), the baby’s heartbeat could stop at any time”. This is what she said. At each appointment, the person reading the ultrasounds said everything looks great. My wife's health was also excellent. She wanted to induce two weeks early saying the baby's heart could stop at any time & we could sue her if it did for millions of dollars. We changed Dr's and had a very health baby born one day before the due date
The wait time is unacceptable. What is the point of an appointment, if you are not seen at the time you were told you will be? The front office is a mess, unprofessional. They misplace paperwork, book appointments at the wrong time and date. They force you for a follow up and code you for a regular visit to get you to pay. It's a complete turn off when you doctor is in it for the money and does not care about your wellbeing.

Always a long wait... I'm pregnant so going frequently. Typical time with doc has been about 10-15 min max but I'm generally not actually being seen for at least an hour to an hour and a half past my appointment time. Haven't had any issues to judge her level of trustworthiness adequately.
