Treated me like an assembly line slab of meat on which to perform a procedure. Not interested any information from my referring doctor. Completely ignored my medication sensitivities. Probably a competent technician, but definitely not interested in patient health.
Recent procedure performed by Dr. Yash Mittal M.D. at Eisenhower in Rancho Mirage. Dr. Mittal met with me both prior to and after the procedure. Dr. Mittal was friendly and had a great bedside manner. He demonstrated the type of care and medical skill that one would expect to receive from a top rated healthcare system. completely uninterested. spent maybe five minutes with me for colonoscopy referral sent by PCP. he read information off another patient’s chart because he had not bothered to even check name on the page. i felt like i was on an assembly line. my colonoscopy set-without asking me-at an offsite out patient surgery but state has no record, meaning no state certification. i cancelled, found another doctor. you have to be very careful at eisenhower health.
I was very pleased with Dr Yash Mittal. He has a polite listening mannerism & eagerly to answer any question you may have with concerns. I’m more than happy to give Dr. Mittal a 5 gold star rating!
