During my visit, I attempted to discuss my diagnosed lower lumbar mild stenosis and cervical thecal sac effacement. Rather than addressing my specific symptoms, Doctor Yared brushed off my concerns by stating I shouldn't be having issues in my mid-back, completely missing the point of my cervical and lumbar diagnoses. Furthermore, the doctor lacked basic bedside manner and spent a significant portion of the visit struggling with the Epic software instead of focusing on me. Doctor Yared Gebreyeus is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor.
Had my appointment around late November/ early December of 2019. Front office staff was very friendly and courteous. The nurse's were unprofessional, I arrived on time to my appointment and both nurses walked past me and went on a "smoke break", which I heard them plan. The nurse that took me back said " I can wait". When she finally came back, she led me into the room, which the doctor came in about 15 minutes later.
