My husband saw Dr. Liao. We were very impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness . She provided us with an incredible amount of information and gave us every opportunity to ask questions...we never felt rushed. Her care and compassion was appreciated.

Dr. Liao has been wonderful. My mom has a rare disease, and Dr. Liao was the only one who was able to diagnose it (we saw a lot of doctors prior to Dr. Liao) and validate it with genetics testing. She has been the most helpful through this difficult process. I also have a father with dementia, and she is so kind and lets me bring him in for my mom's appointments and is extremely patient. I’m giving this one star only because it won’t let me give zero stars. My 19 year old daughter whom recently had a very rare brain tumor removed was referred to Dr Liao because her eyesight has decreased significantly since having the tumor removed. We met with her today, my daughter in the room and myself on video chat since they wouldn’t allow me in. After waiting almost 4 hours to be seen, her appointment was at 8am, she had 3 tests completed and was done by 9:30, the Dr didn’t come into the room until 11:30. My daughter ... read more
