When you come to the Dr. Rodriguez office , it is always a very pleasant experience . The stuff is extremely friendly, the doctor is super knowledgeable, listens very carefully and taking care of all your issues despite the time.
La Dra Yanitza es excelente!!! Se toma el tiempo necesario para hacer sentir a sus pacientes escuchados y bien atendidos. Tanto mis 2 hijas como yo, tuvimos esta excelente experiencia! La recomiendo ampliamente. El equipo de asistentes y de la recepcion tambien son suuuper amables y siempre te hacen sentir bienvenida
They are horrible. Had bloodwork done, it’s been a month and I’ve called several times to obtain the results and still haven’t gotten them. Made an appointment and had to wait over an hour to be seen. What’s the point of an appointment if you still have to wait over 30-45 minutes to be seen. Had an appointment scheduled to go over my bloodwork and I walk in to multiple people in the waiting room so I ask is there a wait? One of the most unprofessional medical offices I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been hung up on, talked over, continuously place on hold and left on hold till the line cuts you off. Be aware that after being placed on hold after two minutes the line hangs up on you. If you can avoid this doctor’s office, avoid it. Doctor Rodriguez is a great doctor however it’s unfortunate the staff has zero phone etiquette and zero customer support and on top of it all RUDE. I will be changing doctors. Highly recommend Dr Rodriguez!! She’s is great!! She listens to you takes time you. Absolute best!! New office location very convenient to get to now.
