While Dr. Kravets may be a competent dentist, she has such a pushy and aggressive manner with patients that I will never go to her office again. She speaks very quickly, does not take the time to answer questions or explain procedures, contradicts herself and when you challenge or question anything she says, she becomes extremely defensive and even hostile. Gentle Dental was anything but, unfortunately. While the dentist herself was very nice, my time with her was short. Instead, after finally being admitted after a half-hour wait, a gruff hygienist called me in and started rushing through a half-hearted exam. Instead of doing a thorough cleaning and check-up, she just kept telling me how busy they were that day. As a result, I left feeling like just a number in their database, having no personal connection to the office or even desiring to!
