Love Dr Bekker but save yourself the headache — her office front desk person (Eugene) is difficult to work with. There’s no way to actively contact the doctor without going through him and he’ll block access even when you’d like to check in with the doctor directly on a situation. I’m sure he’s just being a tone deaf enforcer of office policies but it’s customer service 101 to let me speak with the boss if I’m asking to speak to the boss? Can’t believe I’m resorting to writing this.
I’ve been very happy with Dr Bekker. She has helped me in many ways. What I like best about her is she listens to me and trusts my judgement. It really feels like we are working together to find the right path for me. Highly recommend her.
My best experience with a psychiatrist to date. Dr Bekker is extremely compassionate and she helped me find the right balance of medication that works for me and my current hectic life. She is here for you and to improve your life!
