I had an incredibly negative experience with Dr. Kalika at Image Orthodontics. What started as a routine treatment to fix my lower teeth turned into a nightmare that lasted for almost eight years. There are reasons why the doctor here is rated with a D- on Better Business Bureau and has multiple complaints. This is a business, and you are a paying customer; in some places the customer always comes first, not here. They don’t explain, listen, or answer questions. This, isn’t a health care provider, this is a business. Here, you are a customer, not a client, let alone a patient. That’s why this is about ethics and deontological transparency. Pretty okay. Beware extra charges aggressively tacked on. Yan looked at my daughter's xrays and ordered her molars pulled with Dennis Song. We had just completed the procedure some (2)? mos prior. I told him so, and he looked... (flushed)? and spoke quickly to try to distract me. Yikes. My kid's teeth look expensive and great still, 8 years later.
